Description

  • Supervise and lead a team of lobby staff, including receptionists, concierge personnel, and security personnel, to ensure the smooth operation of the lobby area.
  • Greet and welcome guests/visitors warmly as they enter the lobby, providing assistance, information, and directions as needed to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate arrivals and departures, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling, to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Monitor the lobby area to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company standards and hygiene protocols.
  • Oversee the scheduling of lobby staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal staffing levels to meet guest/visitor needs.
  • Train and develop lobby staff on customer service standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a high level of service and professionalism.
  • Handle guest/visitor inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues and concerns to the satisfaction of the guest/visitor and in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to address operational needs and maintain a cohesive and efficient lobby environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the lobby area, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance the guest/visitor experience.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to lobby operations, including guest/visitor logs, incident reports, and inventory management.
