<ul><li>Drafting, review and negotiation of all contracts of all units.</li><li>Review and finalizing the drafts made and reviewed by team.</li><li>Drafting and reply to the Legal Notices on behalf of Medicover Hospitals.</li><li>Scrutiny of documents pertaining to Real Estate and preparation of Lease Agreements/Leave and License Agreements/rent agreements.</li><li>Providing legal support/advice to various business functions and subsidiaries of Medicover.</li><li>Proactive identification of legal risks in the conduct of different business and to provide solutions.</li><li>Legal Due diligence of all business functions.</li><li>Formulating, revising internal Company's policies.</li><li>Coordinating with Advocates on the upcoming legal cases and pending status of the cases.</li></ul>
