Description

  • Responsible for conducting the Training across the hospital.
  • Creating TNI from the feedback received from CRM team, Guest Feedback and Appraisal done and creating training plan around it, making sure that maximum trainings are covered.
  • Making sure that new joiners are inducted in AAPIE within the stipulated timelines.
  • Responsible to conduct Service Excellence training program and ensure its effectiveness.
  • Monitoring on-the-job training programs, carried out by every department and maintain records of the same.
  • Responsible for conducting soft skills, behavioural, leadership trainings.
  • Creating Leadership Development Ecosystem and end to end monitoring of programs, scheduling of Programs and work as SPOC for all program related activities like Creating Training Calendar, Preparing Nominations, Sharing Training Invites, coordinating with Facilitator, arranging logistics, participate in programs and post programs activities and follow ups.
  • Responsible for end-to-end creation of the programs at unit level and will be working closely with group head of L & D.
  • Responsible for evaluating all training programs for its effectiveness.
  • Responsible to coordinate with the departmental heads including Clinical and Non clinical to ensure the training of all staff.
  • Support in conducting the training need analysis for all cadre of employees.
  • Responsible to update the training module as per requirement and ensure maintenance of all training records.
  • Support to organize Train-The-Trainer programs for the identified line managers and supervisors who will be the internal source persons supporting the HR department.
  • Responsible to identify in-house facility for the training sessions, to conduct in-house skill development programs.
  • Designing Training Plan - Financial Year.
  • Training Budget.
  • Maintaining the Training data for the audits (360/ JCI) and other audits.
  • LMS Training implementation, adding communication trainings in Nursing Induction.
  • Responsible for Kronos ID Card Process.
  • Preparing Disciplinary letters.
  • Coaching, Counselling Team members on Grievance issues.
  • Managing and Supporting Talent Acquisition team.
  • Supporting the HR team in daily operations.
