<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.</li><li>Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and progress of labor continuously.</li><li>Assist obstetricians and midwives during normal and complicated deliveries.</li><li>Prepare and manage the LDR (Labor-Delivery-Recovery) room and necessary equipment.</li><li>Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed interventions as directed.</li><li>Provide immediate postpartum and neonatal care, including newborn assessments.</li><li>Educate and support mothers and families on labor, delivery, and postnatal care.</li></ul>
