<ul><li>Provide comprehensive nursing care to pregnant women during labor, delivery, and postnatal period.</li><li>Monitor maternal vital signs, fetal heart rate, and labor progression accurately.</li><li>Assist obstetricians and midwives during normal and complicated deliveries.</li><li>Administer medications, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments as per doctor’s orders.</li><li>Maintain aseptic techniques, hygiene, and infection control in the labor room.</li><li>Prepare and manage delivery instruments, neonatal resuscitation equipment, and emergency drugs.</li><li>Educate and support mothers and families regarding labor, delivery, breastfeeding, and postnatal care.</li><li>Document maternal and neonatal observations, procedures, and interventions accurately.</li></ul>
