Job Description

  1. Collect, label & process patient samples (blood, urine, etc.).
  2. Perform routine lab tests as per standard protocols.
  3. Operate & maintain laboratory instruments.
  4. Ensure quality control & calibration of equipment.
  5. Record test results accurately in LIS.
  6. Maintain cleanliness & biosafety standards.
  7. Manage reagents, consumables & inventory.
  8. Report abnormal findings to pathologists.
  9. Assist in audits & NABL documentation.
  10. Follow ethical & confidentiality guidelines.
