Job Description

  1. Assist psychologists in conducting psychological assessments & experiments.
  2. Prepare testing materials, forms, and instruments.
  3. Administer standardized psychometric tests to subjects under supervision.
  4. Record and score responses accurately.
  5. Collect, organize, and maintain research / clinical data.
  6. Ensure confidentiality of participant information.
  7. Assist in data entry, analysis, and interpretation using software tools.
  8. Maintain laboratory equipment & psychological testing tools.
  9. Follow ethical protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  10. Support in research studies, clinical trials, or educational projects.
  11. Prepare reports and summaries of test results for review by psychologists.
  12. Ensure cleanliness and organization of psychology lab / testing room.
