Description
- Perform laboratory tests, experiments, and procedures following standard protocols and laboratory procedures.
- Prepare and handle biological or chemical samples for analysis, including sample collection, processing, labeling, and storage.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring proper functioning, calibration, and cleanliness.
- Conduct quality control checks on laboratory equipment, reagents, and materials to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with standards.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and interpretation, recording experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately in laboratory notebooks or electronic databases.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and culture media according to standard recipes and protocols, following proper safety precautions and handling procedures.
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies, chemicals, and materials, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with procurement and storage as needed.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials, biohazards, and chemical substances, and adherence to safety regulations.
