Job Description

  1. Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and workflow.
  2. Ensure quality, accuracy and timely reporting of lab tests.
  3. Supervise lab staff, duty rosters and performance.
  4. Implement and monitor QC, QA and SOP compliance.
  5. Handle NABL audits, inspections and documentation.
  6. Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibrations.
  7. Manage lab inventory, reagents and consumables.
  8. Coordinate with clinicians and hospital administration.
