Description
- Supervise day-to-day laboratory operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor workflow and assign tasks to technicians.
- Manage equipment maintenance and AMC schedules.
- Conduct internal audits and quality checks.
- Maintain NABL-related documentation.
- Handle staff training and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with doctors for accurate reporting.
- Monitor stock of consumables and reagents.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
- Must have experience in NABH or NABL Lab.
- Quality Management certification is required.
Job Details - Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
