Lab Accountant

• Position is responsible for coordinating with various sections/Labs for maintaining inventory of material, generating Purchase Order (PO) based on Purchase Request(PR) received from various section/Labs, tracking Pending /Partial delivery of material.
• Position is responsible for acceptance or rejection of received materials as per defined Central Purchase Department SOP.
• Have to monitor and communicate with respective Section/Lab Head/CBH for short expiry of goods.
• Generating GRNs and submission of Invoices to Accounts with related documents for payment process.
• Have to control over all expenses of Labs.
• Revenue controlling & reconciliation.
• Reconciling manpower attendance of cluster labs and sharing the same with H and sharing the same with HR
• Taking care of new joiners joining formalities and maintaining employees TA & DA settlement.
• Preparation of monthly MIS report.
• Performing all activities in SAP & excel.
• Any other responsibility other than mentioned above given in the benefit of the organization.

Note: Your base location will be Pune but you will be covering whole Maharashtra except Mumbai.
