Description

  • Responsible for key accounts (hospitals, nursing homes, birthing centers etc.) for establishing partnerships for Redcliffe Genomics within the assigned region.
  • Development of key accounts through interaction with top management, heads of administration, medical departments, medical superintendents etc. to promote Redcliffe.
  • To manage the practical organization of the sales & logistics process such as sample collection, reporting, interaction with patients, doctors, payments from hospitals etc. and coordination of customer service.
  • Closure of key accounts by entering into a formal agreement (Memorandum of Understanding, MoU) with the concerned organization.
  • To provide feedback from the market and apprise the management regularly on market trends, competition, competitive gaps, growth drivers, new opportunities within the realm of the service.
  • Maintenance and growth of established accounts through regular follow-up meetings, organization of CMEs/RTM workshops and other events and training.
  • To carry out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account. ? To maintain relationships with key accounts and negotiate contractual terms and conditions in accordance with the overall sales strategy.
