Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet business needs.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets from assigned key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
