<ul><li>Support senior perfusionists in setting up and operating cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) machines and other related equipment.</li><li>Monitor and adjust equipment settings during procedures to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.</li><li>Assist in managing blood flow and oxygenation for patients undergoing surgery.</li><li>Prepare and calibrate perfusion equipment before surgical procedures.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on perfusion machines and related devices.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is sterile and functioning correctly according to manufacturer specifications and hospital protocols.</li><li>Monitor patient vital signs and perfusion parameters during procedures, reporting any abnormalities or issues to senior perfusionists or the surgical team.</li><li>Assist in the management of blood products and medications used during perfusion.</li></ul>
