Junior Executive / Executive - Production - Media

Specific Technical requirements:

• Hands on experience on operation of Fermenters (Large scale), Nutrient dosing vessels, Media preparation vessels and CIP tanks.
• To perform Media preparations, media distribution and CIP generation and distribution.
• To perform equipment sterilization activities and cleaning activities.
• Knowledge on Automation systems like DCS / MES / EMS.
• Handling of Autoclave, pH meter, Lab centrifuge and weighing balance.
• Adherence to SOPs, EOPs, OCPs, BMRs and product specifications.
• In-process product sampling and Real time data entry in Quality records.
• To perform supervising housekeeping activities.
• Monitoring and maintenance of raw material.
• Adherence to Good manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices and Safety compliance.
• Employee has to be work in three different shifts to perform above all process related activities.
