Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Production - Inoculum

Technical requirement:

• Inoculum development for fermentation at all stages.
• Handling of MCB and WCB preparation and maintenance.
• Hands on experience of aseptic operations in seed development.
• To perform and execute media preparation and sterilization activities.
• Handling of Autoclave, BSC, Incubator shaker, BOD incubator, ULT Freezer, pH meter and weighing balance in inoculum preparation.
• Coordination with Maintenance and Instrumentation team for maintenance and breakdown activities.
• Sound knowledge on Automation systems like DCS / MES / EMS.
• To coordinate with QA for all the validation, qualification and audit preparedness.
• Hands of experience on clean room classified areas (ISO Class 5 to 8).
• Handling of e-BMR and Inventory management (SAP) activities.

Safety requirements:

• To effectively participate in the preparation of AIM and HIRA register.
• Co-ordination for Preparation of HAZOP study.
