<ul><li>Assist in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of critically ill patients.</li><li>Monitor patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatment.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized care plans, including ventilator management, fluid and electrolyte management, and hemodynamic support.</li><li>Perform or assist with invasive procedures such as central line placement, arterial line insertion, intubation, and chest tube placement.</li><li>Assist in the management of mechanical ventilation and other life-support systems.</li><li>Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists, to provide comprehensive care.</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment plans and prognosis.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including progress notes, procedure notes, and discharge summaries.</li></ul>
