Junior Dental surgeon

1. Fine Feather Dental is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Dental Surgeons to join our growing team at our Kandivali clinic.
2. Experience Level: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
3. Clinical Skills: Must be eager to learn and willing to become proficient in fundamental clinical dental work, including basic restorative procedures, extractions, and providing comprehensive patient care.

Professional Responsibilities:

1. Conduct initial patient examinations and basic diagnostic evaluations.
2. Assist senior staff in complex procedures and gain exposure to advanced dental techniques (RCT, Crown, Bridge skills).
3. Perform routine dental procedures under supervision.
4. Maintain strict compliance with infection control protocols, sterilization standards, and clinical safety norms.
5. Provide essential patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)
