Job Description

  1. Attend and assess emergency patients promptly.
  2. Provide immediate management for acute medical and surgical emergencies.
  3. Stabilize patients and coordinate referrals to senior consultants.
  4. Assist in resuscitation and critical care procedures.
  5. Conduct documentation, treatment charts, and EMR updates.
  6. Monitor patient status and communicate with ICU/wards for admissions.
  7. Follow hospital protocols for infection control, patient safety, and emergency care.
  8. Participate in audits, CME sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
  9. Provide guidance and supervision to RMOs / junior staff in emergency care.
