Job Description
- Attend and assess emergency patients promptly.
- Provide immediate management for acute medical and surgical emergencies.
- Stabilize patients and coordinate referrals to senior consultants.
- Assist in resuscitation and critical care procedures.
- Conduct documentation, treatment charts, and EMR updates.
- Monitor patient status and communicate with ICU/wards for admissions.
- Follow hospital protocols for infection control, patient safety, and emergency care.
- Participate in audits, CME sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and supervision to RMOs / junior staff in emergency care.
