4. Document patient progress, maintain medical records, and ensure proper case reporting.
5. Participate in laboratory investigations and coordinate with toxicology labs.
6. Support senior residents and consultants during ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
7. Attend departmental teaching sessions, seminars, and academic activities.
