<ul><li>Assist in conducting pre-formulation and formulation development experiments for various dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, liquids, and ointments.</li><li>Perform lab-scale and pilot-scale trials as per development protocols and project timelines.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of formulation trials, observations, and results in laboratory notebooks and development reports.</li><li>Coordinate with analytical development teams for sample analysis and stability studies.</li><li>Support in technology transfer activities from R&amp;D to production or manufacturing units.</li><li>Prepare and update standard operating procedures, master formula records, and batch manufacturing records.</li><li>Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration and cleanliness of instruments used during formulation work.</li></ul>
