Description

Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using a variety of analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, UV-VIS spectrophotometry, FTIR, and dissolution testing.
Perform physical and chemical analyses to assess the quality, purity, and potency of pharmaceutical products according to established test methods and specifications.
Record and interpret analytical data accurately, documenting test results, observations, and deviations in laboratory notebooks or electronic systems.
Assist in method validation and verification studies to establish the accuracy, precision, specificity, and robustness of analytical test methods.
Execute method transfer protocols and procedures to ensure the successful transfer of analytical methods between laboratories and instruments.
Participate in analytical method troubleshooting and optimization to improve method performance and efficiency.
Support quality assurance activities, including batch record review, documentation review, and deviation investigations, to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company policies.
Assist in the development, review, and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs), test methods, and quality documents related to analytical testing and quality assurance.
