  1. Plan and execute research activities for new product development and improvement.
  2. Conduct formulation, method development, and experimental studies.
  3. Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, protocols, and reports.
  4. Perform trials, stability studies, and validation support activities.
  5. Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
  6. Analyze data, interpret results, and present findings to management.
  7. Coordinate with QA, QC, and Production during scale-up and tech transfer.
  8. Troubleshoot formulation or process-related issues.
