Job Description
- Assist in maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Attend breakdown complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and maintain utility systems such as DG sets, UPS, and water supply.
- Ensure proper functioning of fire safety and alarm systems.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
