<ul><li>Operate and monitor coating machines to apply the coating material as per the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Perform tasks related to tablet coating, including mixing coating solutions, controlling spray rates, and ensuring proper film formation.</li><li>Adjust machine settings such as temperature, air pressure, and spray flow to achieve desired coating thickness and uniformity.</li><li>Assist in the setup, operation, and cleaning of coating equipment.</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting and notify senior staff of machine malfunctions or issues.</li><li>Support routine maintenance and ensure proper calibration of coating equipment in coordination with the maintenance team.</li><li>Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining high standards of product quality.</li><li>Minimize material wastage and machine downtime during the coating process.</li></ul>
