Description

Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Compliance Assurance: Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards in the workplace. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and improve overall safety.
Training and Education: Provide training to employees on safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and environmental awareness. Promote a culture of safety through education and communication.
Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses. Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Maintain incident records and reports.
