Job Description

  1. Assist senior surgeons in major and minor surgical procedures.
  2. Manage pre-operative evaluation and post-operative care of patients.
  3. Conduct ward rounds and monitor patient progress.
  4. Perform minor surgical procedures under supervision.
  5. Handle surgical emergencies and trauma cases as per protocols.
  6. Maintain accurate medical records and operative notes.
  7. Coordinate with anesthesia, nursing & OT teams.
  8. Counsel patients and relatives regarding procedures and recovery.
  9. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety & ethical standards.
  10. Participate in academic activities and continuous medical education.
