Description
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments using Ayurvedic diagnostic techniques such as Nadi Pariksha (pulse diagnosis) and Prakriti analysis to determine individual constitution and imbalances.
- Assist in the development of personalized treatment plans based on Ayurvedic principles, including recommendations for herbal remedies, dietary modifications, lifestyle adjustments, and therapeutic interventions.
- Administer Ayurvedic therapies and treatments, including Panchakarma therapies, herbal formulations, detoxification procedures, and rejuvenation therapies, as prescribed by senior Ayurveda practitioners.
- Provide guidance and support to patients in adopting Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, including recommendations for yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and stress management techniques.
- Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary in consultation with senior Ayurveda practitioners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including detailed documentation of consultations, assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about Ayurvedic principles, health promotion strategies, disease prevention, and self-care practices to support overall wellness and prevent future imbalances.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including allopathic doctors, nutritionists, physical therapists, and counsellors, to provide integrated and comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in professional development activities, continuing education programs, and Ayurveda conferences to stay updated with advancements in Ayurvedic medicine and integrative healthcare practices.
- Adhere to ethical principles, professional standards, and regulatory requirements governing the practice of Ayurvedic medicine, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
