Description
- In process activity like OVIS checking , ICTD presentation, Dosing activity.
- Monitoring dispensing activity at period 2 & 3- label verification, pc communication for withdrawal subject.
- Monitoring IMP retention activity , Sample segregation activity- logbook, forms as per sop.
- Retrospective audit -To Check raw data documents of after study. Sampling document, cdisc, clinical CSR report for pivotal and pilot study. ICD verification as per vernacular language.
- Prepare audit report - To responsible to find out observation, findings for study and share report to CQM team for compliance.
- Conduct system audit for internal dept. - To Process and documents checking and find out any system gap and prepare system audit report and share to GL for review.
- To Provide assistance to GL in vendor audit. To check sops and organogram documents if required.
- Controlling and distributions of documents - To Ensure to enter logbook entry and handover controlled documents to employees as per requirement.
