Description

Conduct thorough fertility evaluations of patients, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to identify underlying causes of infertility and reproductive disorders.
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on fertility assessments, including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), IVF, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), and other assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
Perform oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, and other fertility procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal treatment outcomes.
Coordinate and monitor ovarian stimulation protocols, follicular development, and hormone levels during the IVF process, adjusting treatment regimens as needed to optimize ovarian response and embryo quality.
Collaborate with embryologists, andrologists, and laboratory staff to facilitate gamete and embryo handling, fertilization, culture, cryopreservation, and embryo transfer procedures.
Counsel patients on fertility treatment options, risks, benefits, success rates, and emotional considerations, providing compassionate support, education, and guidance throughout the treatment process.
Evaluate and treat reproductive endocrine disorders, hormonal imbalances, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and other conditions affecting fertility and reproductive health.
Provide preconception counseling, genetic counseling, and fertility preservation options for patients considering family planning, undergoing cancer treatment, or facing other medical or social circumstances.
