IVF Specialist

Clinical

• To carry out all clinical duties relating to: New Patient Management, Infertility Assessment and EMR recording.
• Choice of appropriate clinical treatment as per guidelines and formulary.
• Procedure & Financial Counselling - Counsel the patients and the accompanying family members about the benefits and risks of IVF (IVF or any other investigation / procedure / treatment as advised) transparently.
• Providing clinical treatment including Medication Administration (with nursing team), IP oversight and monitoring along with IVF Lab Team.
• Keep track of the patients’ progress and keep the referring OB-GYN Specialists informed at periodic intervals.

Protocols and Standard Operating Procedures

• To execute clinical treatments as per the existing Patient SOPs, Clinical & Infection Management Protocols related to supporting clinical processes.
• To be competent with Stimulation protocols and procedures for performing Ovum Pickup (OPU) and Embryo transfer (Fresh and Frozen).

Compliance and Supervisory

• To ensure compliance on Medico legal documentation related to clinical work.
• To provide clinical oversight support for Operations including any clinical escalations and mentorship.
