Description
- Manage IVF department/IVF center day to day operations.
- Responsible for ensuring budgeted new patients, procedures and revenue numbers are met.
- Responsible for appointments booked for the day are followed up for consultations.
- Responsible for data entry and analytical reports on Fertility business tracker.
- Financial counselling of all the IVF advised patients with procedure and package explanation.
- Grow the doctor and business reviews on practo and google.
- Ensure all IVF advised patients are diligently tracked.
- Manage GRE’s directly and coordinate with other cross functions like embryologists and nursing staff indirectly.
- Ensure medical and non-consumables are diligently managed.
- Ensure all the documentation related to ART act are maintained and audited on a periodic basis.
- Manage Doctor schedule for IVF Camps, outside OPD’s, 1-1 meetings along with sales team.
- Support marketing in getting the content form the doctor related to webinars, blogs etc.
- Coordinate with outside vendors including ART banks as per the requirement.
