Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and treatments, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling.
- Assist doctors and fertility specialists with patient management, including the preparation of medical records, test results, and treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients undergoing IVF treatment, addressing concerns and explaining the procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment progress, medication schedules, and other important documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information regarding IVF procedures, medications, and follow-up care.
- Monitor and manage inventory of IVF-related medical supplies, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
- Liaise between doctors, nurses, and laboratory staff to ensure seamless coordination of treatment plans and patient care.
- Handle billing and insurance paperwork, ensuring that treatments are covered and proper documentation is submitted.
- Stay updated on advancements in IVF technology and treatments, ensuring the clinic adheres to industry standards and best practices.
