Description

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in person, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office, antivirus programs, and specialized software used by the organization.
Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, patches, and updates according to established procedures, schedules, and best practices to ensure system security and reliability.
Assist with IT projects, including hardware/software deployments, network upgrades, system migrations, and technology initiatives, under the direction of the IT Manager or project lead.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities, such as system updates, disk cleanup, and performance optimization, to keep IT systems running smoothly and minimize downtime and disruptions.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, wireless access problems, and VPN connectivity issues, diagnose network problems, and escalate complex issues to network administrators or third-party vendors as needed.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, software licenses, service contracts, and technical documentation, including equipment configurations, network diagrams, and user manuals.
