- Plan, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HIS, EMR, and hospital applications.
- Monitor network, servers, and system security.
- Implement data backup, disaster recovery & cybersecurity policies.
- Handle IT troubleshooting and minimize system downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software & AMC.
- Lead and supervise IT support and helpdesk teams.
- Manage IT projects including system upgrades and new implementations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
- Prepare IT budgets and control operational costs.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and reports.
- Support departments with IT training and user support.
- Evaluate new technologies for hospital/business improvement.
