- Master Creation & Updation in ERP & SFA software.
- ERP & SFA Version Upgrade, User Access Control.
- Monitor & Take Manual Backup of Users & Server Database.
- Provide ERP & SFA support to end users.
- Coordinate & follow up with software vendors for any change requirement/bug correction.
