Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
  • Respond to IT helpdesk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner, diagnosing and resolving problems remotely or onsite as necessary.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory or similar directory services.
  • Maintain and administer email systems, file servers, and other network resources.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system configurations for efficiency and reliability.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Monitor network traffic, bandwidth usage, and security threats using network monitoring tools.
  • Implement network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs, to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
