Description

Develop and implement IT strategies, plans, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and objectives, and oversee the execution of IT initiatives to drive digital transformation and innovation.
Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business processes, enhance productivity, and gain competitive advantage.
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud services, to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Monitor IT systems and infrastructure for availability, performance, and security vulnerabilities, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and optimize resource utilization.
Manage day-to-day IT operations, including help desk support, system administration, network management, and user access controls, to ensure uninterrupted availability and functionality of IT services.
Establish service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and incident response procedures, and monitor adherence to IT service standards and quality targets.
Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect against cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access to sensitive information.
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests, and implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption, multi-factor authentication, and access controls.
