Description

IT Operation andmaintenance the entire gamut of computer, Printer, Router and switches, Server L2 2008 R2 and Server 2003 R2, check day to day CCTV recording in NVR.
Providing technical support to users on IT domain, hardware and Networking (LAN,WAN, Switches, Router, and EPABX, etc.) of systems. S/w Remote support to PAN India Users.
Responsible for given Monthly Training to the newly joined and existing users on any new software or up-gradation of technology.
Checked and troubleshoot day-to-day Barcode printer related issues in productionand operation work with SAP and L2 Dashboard.
Managed 10 Engineers Team PAN India provide a guideline, SOP and technical support as needed.
Interaction with service provider for connectivity issues to MPLS and PRI link, Implementing & maintaining.
Handling, managing and testing Video Conferencing (Polycom VC) on daily basis
Vendor coordination for arranges a quote to purchase new assets and spare parts etc.
Regular prepared all IT assets and CCTV camera checklist reports and circulate to the management team.
Closed day-to-day ticket with proper solution and user satisfaction the same informed to the user over mail and phone call.
Troubleshooting of networks through Looping.
Coordination with the senior team to implement and upgrade technologies.
