Description

Manage and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud services, to ensure availability, performance, and scalability.
Plan, implement, and manage IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
Ensure the security of organizational data and systems by implementing and maintaining information security policies, procedures, and controls, and monitoring for security threats and vulnerabilities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, resolving IT issues promptly and effectively, and escalating complex issues as needed.
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts, evaluating proposals, and overseeing service delivery and performance.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational.
Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, such as system uptime, network bandwidth, and user satisfaction, and develop strategies to optimize IT operations and enhance user experience.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems, processes, and controls to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to support their professional development and enhance team performance.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT management, and make recommendations for technology investments and strategic initiatives.
