Description

Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals and objectives, ensure the security and reliability of IT systems, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the IT department, including infrastructure management, network administration, systems support, and helpdesk services, ensuring the availability, performance, and integrity of IT systems and services.
Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Evaluate and recommend IT solutions and technologies to improve efficiency, enhance productivity, and support business growth, including hardware, software, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership and mentorship to IT staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and ensuring the development and retention of top IT talent.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and human resources, to understand business requirements, identify IT needs, and deliver IT solutions and services that meet business needs.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations, including data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, and implement controls to mitigate IT-related risks and vulnerabilities.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT industry, and assess their potential impact on the organization's IT strategy and operations.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management, board of directors, and other stakeholders, communicating the value of IT investments and initiatives in achieving business objectives.
