Job Description

1. Monitor and ensure quality standards during all stages of the manufacturing process.
2. Conduct regular inspections of production lines to verify compliance with SOPs and GMP guidelines.
3. Record, review, and report in-process quality checks and deviations.
4. Identify non-conformances in production and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
5. Coordinate with production, QC, and QA teams to maintain continuous quality compliance.
6. Ensure proper documentation of in-process quality data and batch records.
7. Participate in internal audits and assist in external regulatory inspections.
8. Verify calibration, cleanliness, and readiness of production equipment and environment.
