- Monitor in-process activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Perform line clearance and in-process checks during production.
- Verify critical process parameters and product quality attributes.
- Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing and packing records.
- Identify deviations and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Document in-process observations and prepare IPQA reports.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for issue resolution.
