Description
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality standards.
- Monitor and document the quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products at various stages of production.
- Conduct routine testing of in-process materials and analyze samples for quality attributes, such as potency, purity, and strength.
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes are followed according to prescribed specifications and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Review and approve batch records, ensuring proper documentation of each production step and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report any non-conformances or deviations during production and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct stability testing on products, and ensure all testing data is accurately recorded and documented.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any issues related to the manufacturing process, materials, or equipment.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and quality audits.
