Description

Perform in-process quality control tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Conduct tests for physical, chemical, and microbiological properties as required.
Monitor and verify production processes, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements.
Inspect and verify equipment and instruments to ensure they are properly calibrated and maintained.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests and inspections, including test results, observations, and deviations.
Prepare and review reports on quality control activities, including identifying and investigating any deviations or non-conformities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in investigations of quality issues and assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Work closely with production staff to ensure smooth execution of quality assurance processes and timely resolution of quality-related issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide updates on quality control activities and issues.
