5. Ensure proper bed allocation and timely availability.
6. Assist patients with procedures, investigations, and scheduling.
7. Handle patient queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
8. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and patient safety norms.
9. Support billing processes and insurance / TPA coordination.
10. Prepare daily IPD census and basic operational reports.
