Job Description

  1. Manage day-to-day IPD operations for smooth patient care.
  2. Oversee admissions, transfers & discharges.
  3. Ensure optimal bed utilization & patient flow.
  4. Coordinate with nursing, consultants & diagnostics.
  5. Monitor service TATs, quality indicators & patient experience.
  6. Handle patient complaints & service recovery.
  7. Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs & NABH standards.
  8. Manage IPD manpower, duty rosters & leave planning.
  9. Prepare daily/weekly MIS & operational reports.
  10. Support management in process improvement initiatives.
