IP Billing Executive

• They should have a thorough understanding of the billing procedures specific to CGHS, including the documentation required, coding standards, and reimbursement rates.
• Managing patient information and ensuring accurate documentation of medical procedures, treatments, and other relevant details for billing purposes.
• Handling the processing of claims submitted to CGHS, ensuring compliance with CGHS guidelines and regulations to facilitate timely reimbursement.
• Proficiency in using billing software or hospital information systems (HIS) to generate invoices, track payments, and manage billing records efficiently.
• Staying updated with the latest CGHS guidelines, circulars, and notifications to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in billing practices.
• Addressing queries from patients, healthcare providers, or CGHS authorities regarding billing issues, discrepancies, or clarification on charges.
• Reconciling billing records with CGHS reimbursements, preparing reports on billing activities, revenue generation, and outstanding payments.
• Providing excellent customer service to CGHS beneficiaries, assisting them with billing-related inquiries, and resolving any billing disputes or concerns promptly.
• Participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with CGHS regulations, billing accuracy, and integrity of financial transactions.
• Conducting training sessions or workshops for hospital staff to enhance their understanding of CGHS billing procedures and compliance requirements.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree (B .Com / M. Com)
• Good Communication Skills.
• Ability to work in a team and individually.
