Internal Medicine Physician

Role Overview:

• We’re looking for Doctors / Specialists to lead consultation and debriefs on our client Clinic consultation floor.
• This role is responsible for translating screening findings into meaningful health insights across domains such as cardiac, metabolic, liver, and overall wellness.
• You will co-create personalized health roadmaps with members and guide next steps, making this a signature moment that combines clinical depth with strong communication.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct Post-Screening Debriefs

• Explain screening results in clear, structured health-domain language.
• Help members understand key risks, patterns, and priorities.

Co-Create Personalized Health Roadmaps

• Translate findings into actionable care plans.
• Align recommendations with member goals and context.

Communicate with Clarity & Empathy

• Simplify complex clinical information into relatable insights.
• Ensure members feel informed, confident, and supported.

Enable Clinical Decision-Making

• Integrate inputs from diagnostics, labs, and screening teams.
• Provide holistic clinical interpretation.

Route to External Specialists

• Identify cases requiring specialist intervention.
• Guide members to appropriate next-level care.

Own the Signature Experience Moment

• Deliver a high-quality, trust-building consultation experience.
• Ensure consistency in communication and care standards.

Skills & Qualification

• MBBS with MD/DNB (Internal medicine)
• 5–8 years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning across multiple health domains.
• Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex medical information.
• Experience in preventive health or screening setups is a plus.
• Empathetic, patient-first approach.
