Internal Medicine

Dorika Hospital has an immediate hiring position for an Internal Medicine Doctor. The role involves managing patient care, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, and technicians to ensure comprehensive patient care. Success in this role will be defined by delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families, and continually updating skills and knowledge in internal medicine. As a key member of the healthcare team, the Internal Medicine Doctor will significantly contribute to Dorika Hospital's mission of providing exceptional healthcare and enhancing its reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive care to patients in the internal medicine department.
2. Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and illnesses.
3. Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the highest standard of patient care.
5. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventive measures.
6. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical advancements.

Qualifications:

• MBBS and MD in Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in internal medicine.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal medicine (Preferred).
• Freshers can also apply. 

Desired Skills:

•  Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient care, emergency care, and ICU management.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and their families.
•  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•  Demonstrated expertise in patient counselling and education.
•  Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
•  Proficient in emergency response and critical care.
•  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•  Compassionate and empathetic patient interaction.

• Flexible shifts may be required, including night and weekend coverage.
